We hope you enjoy experiencing all that Trit Trot offers. By using our mobile application or related services, you agree to these terms of service.

Trit Trot is operated by a sole trader based in the Isle of Man.

1. GENERAL

1.1. The mobile application Trit Trot ("Trit Trot") is a digital equestrian training product that offers weekly training sessions, video analysis, interactive challenges, and quests to support riders on their journey. These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of Trit Trot, including any services provided through or in connection with it.

1.2. By downloading or using Trit Trot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and warrant that you have the legal capacity (e.g., at least 18 years old or with guardian permission) to accept these Terms.

2. USER ACCOUNT

2.1. You must create an account to use Trit Trot. Account creation requires valid information and is restricted to those 18 years or older, or those with guardian permission.

2.2. Account creation and login may occur via email, Google, or Apple ID. You may not impersonate or create accounts on behalf of others.

2.3. Profile information should be kept up to date. Users may also access features through the app interface.

3. USE OF TRIT TROT

3.1–3.6. You must use your account securely and follow all applicable laws. Content posted in violation of our standards or law may result in account suspension. You may not reverse engineer or harm the application or service in any way. You agree to indemnify Trit Trot for misuse.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

4.1. Trit Trot offers a Premium subscription available only through the mobile app. A 3-day free trial may be available. After that, you must choose and pay for a subscription within the app.

4.2–4.5. We may offer promotions or discounts. Payment is made in advance through App Store or Google Play. We are not responsible for third-party technical issues related to payments.

5. REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES

5.1–5.4. Trit Trot is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free experiences. You use the service at your own risk.

6. CHANGES TO OUR SERVICES

6.1–6.3. We reserve the right to update, change, suspend or remove features without prior notice. We will attempt to restore access promptly after interruptions.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1–8.3. All intellectual property related to Trit Trot belongs to us or our licensors. You are granted a limited license to use the app. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1–9.4. Trit Trot provides data for personal use only and is not a substitute for veterinary or professional advice. We are not liable for decisions made using the app or for indirect or incidental damages.

10. COMMUNICATION

10.1. We may send you emails and push notifications. You can opt out at any time.

10.2. Keep your contact details up to date to ensure you receive critical updates.

11. CHANGES AND TERMINATION

11.1. We may update these Terms at any time.

11.2. You may terminate them by deleting your account.

11.3. We may also suspend or terminate your account for breaches.

11.4. These Terms continue to apply until properly terminated.

11.5. Sections 3, 6, and 7 shall survive termination.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man.

12.2. Any disputes shall be resolved under Isle of Man jurisdiction.
